Competitive base salary + commission/bonus About Us River of Life Transportation (RLT) is a rapidly growing Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) company dedicated to delivering reliable, compassionate, and high-quality transportation services across California. We partner with health plans, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and healthcare providers to ensure safe and efficient patient movement. Position Overview We are seeking a high-performing Business Development / Account Manager with a proven track record in healthcare to drive strategic growth, expand referral networks, and manage key partnerships. This individual must be dynamic, relationship-driven, and experienced navigating healthcare systems. Key Responsibilities Business Development
  • Identify and close new business opportunities within health plans, hospitals, SNFs, dialysis centers, hospice, and home health agencies.
  • Develop and execute territory growth strategies.
  • Build and maintain referral pipelines. Account Management
  • Manage and grow existing client relationships.
  • Conduct regular business reviews.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and retention. Strategic Partnerships
  • Negotiate contracts and service agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service excellence. Market Intelligence
  • Track industry trends and identify expansion opportunities. Qualifications Required
  • 3-7+ years in healthcare business development, sales, or account management.
  • Experience working with health plans, SNFs, hospitals, or healthcare networks.
  • Proven ability to close deals and grow revenue.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare systems and referral processes. Preferred
  • Experience in NEMT, home health, hospice, or post-acute care.
  • Existing industry relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field. Compensation & Benefits
