We are seeking an energetic, compassionate, and highly organized Patient Success & Clinical Assistant (Tech CA) to join our team. This is not a desk job. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with people, takes initiative without being asked, and genuinely cares about helping patients succeed with their care plans. You will move throughout the office supporting patients, assisting with clinical procedures, coaching rehabilitation exercises, preparing patient materials, and helping ensure every patient receives an outstanding experience. No chiropractic experience is required. We provide extensive training for the right person. If you have a positive presence, communicate clearly, follow systems well, and are inspired to help patients stay consistent with their goals, keep reading. What You'll Do Assist with patient flow throughout the office Prepare treatment rooms and maintain cleanliness Support doctors during patient visits Perform patient scans and progress evaluations Prepare and organize patient files and clinical documentation Mark and prepare X-rays and side-by-side comparisons Email and print patient reports and scans Monitor and coach patients through rehabilitation exercises What We're Looking For Welcome and guide new patients through office procedures Educate patients on rehabilitation and home care protocols Assist with onboarding and patient education Ensure patients understand next steps in their care plan Provide encouragement and accountability throughout treatment Promote workshops, patient events, and educational programs Encourage patient reviews and testimonials Support family referrals and community outreach initiatives Prepare home care kits and educational materials Enter patient information and documentation Follow up with online inquiries and prospective patients Track office metrics and patient engagement statistics Maintain organized clinical and rehabilitation spaces Takes ownership and approaches work with purpose and professionalism Travel with team to all expenses paid seminars (typically Friday/Saturday, 1-3x/year) Preferred Backgrounds (No chiropractic experience needed) Customer service Fitness, coaching, or personal training Hospitality or client-facing roles Health & wellness Chiropractic offices Healthcare settings Sales or patient education Compensation & Benefits $24-$26/hour + goal oriented performance bonuses Complimentary chiropractic care Paid holidays Discounts on health supplements Paid team travel to training seminars 4-day work week (Monday-Thursday, Fridays off) One Saturday screening event per month Important This is an active, people-facing role that requires consistent, intentional communication—not casual conversation.
