What you'll do: Handle high-volume patient calls and appointment scheduling Register patients and manage insurance/eligibility & referrals Work in an EMR/EHR system to update records Coordinate between patients, doctors, and clinic teams Help patients navigate care and resolve issues What they want: Healthcare or medical office scheduling experience Strong customer service + communication skills Comfortable in a busy call center environment Ability to multitask and stay accurate under pressure EMR/EHR familiarity (preferred)
