Our vibrant Medical Spa in Tustin is looking for a dynamic Front Office Patient coordinator to be the face of our practice. From the moment a guest walks through our doors, your mission is to create a professional, warm, and relaxing atmosphere that reflects our commitment to excellence.

What You'll Do The Ultimate Host:

Greet clients warmly, manage check-ins/outs, and handle phone inquiries with top-tier etiquette.

Sales & Education:

Conduct product demos to educate clients on skincare treatments and retail products. You'll use your expertise to upsell services and products that enhance their results.

Operations Pro:

Manage a fast-paced schedule using our POS system, process transactions accurately, and keep the front-of-house looking flawless.

Social & Creative:

Assist with Instagram (IG) updates and manage/update our latest service specials.

Clinical Support:

Help prep treatment rooms for patients and ensure the clinical team is set up for success.

Merchandising:

Keep our retail shelves stocked and beautifully displayed, managing inventory and supplies as needed.

What We're Looking For Experience:

Prior experience in a medical spa or clinical environment is highly preferred.

Retail Savvy:

A background in high-volume retail (even grocery or boutique environments) is a plus for managing stock and merchandising.

Tech-Friendly:

Strong computer skills including Word and Excel, experience with POS software, and a solid understanding of Instagram for business updates.

Communicator:

You connect easily with people. Bilingual skills are a huge bonus!
