Job Description
Are you confident on the phone, motivated by helping people, and driven by earning potential? We are looking for a professional, outgoing, and compassionate Patient Care Coordinator Assistant to join our growing healthcare team. This unique role combines patient outreach, lead management, and social media engagement to help connect patients with life-changing treatment options. The ideal candidate is comfortable discussing sensitive health topics, including men's and women's sexual wellness concerns, in a professional and empathetic manner. Responsibilities Contact and follow up with prospective patient leads by phone, text, and email Educate patients on available services and treatment options Schedule consultations and assist patients through the onboarding process Maintain accurate documentation of all patient interactions Assist with social media outreach, engagement, and marketing initiatives Build rapport and establish trust with prospective patients Meet performance goals related to patient conversions and scheduling Qualifications Fluent in both English and Spanish (required) Excellent communication and customer service skills Comfortable discussing sexual dysfunction and sexual wellness services in a professional healthcare setting Strong phone presence and ability to build relationships Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented Basic social media and marketing knowledge preferred Healthcare, sales, patient coordination, or call center experience is a plus Compensation Base pay Commission earned for every qualified patient conversion/sale Unlimited earning potential for top performers What We're Looking For We are seeking someone who is professional, personable, and confident discussing sensitive healthcare concerns.
