We're seeking an experienced and motivated Oral Surgery Back Office Manager to lead our clinical team and help us maintain our high standards of excellence. Job Summary As the Oral Surgery Back Office Manager, you will oversee the clinical operations of our busy practice, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and a positive work environment. This role requires a skilled leader with expertise in oral surgery and management who thrives in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities Leadership & Supervision:
Manage and lead the back-office clinical team, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
Operational Excellence:
Ensure the smooth flow of daily clinical operations, including maintaining schedules, managing supplies, and optimizing workflows.
Compliance:
Oversee compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and other regulatory guidelines to ensure patient and staff safety.
Clinical Expertise:
Assist in surgical procedures as needed, ensuring adherence to sterilization protocols and clinical best practices.
Collaboration:
Act as a liaison between the front office, back office, and oral surgeons to maintain seamless patient care.
Positive Team Culture:
Cultivate a supportive and collaborative team dynamic that promotes growth and efficiency. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of oral surgery experience in a clinical role. Less than 3 years = Automatic screen out At least 5 years of management experience, preferably in a healthcare or dental setting. Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a high-volume environment. Comprehensive knowledge of oral surgery procedures, sterilization protocols, and clinical compliance requirements. Excellent communication skills with a passion for fostering teamwork and positivity. Certification in dental assisting or a related field (preferred but not required). Proficiency in practice management software is a plus. Why Join Us?
