About Always Best Care Always Best Care Senior Services is a locally owned healthcare organization providing: Medicare-Certified Home Health Non-Medical Home Care Care Coordination Senior Placement Services Our unique continuum of care allows us to support patients through every stage of aging while providing exceptional service to physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and families throughout Solano and Napa Counties. Position Summary The Clinical Director serves as the clinical leader of our growing Home Health division. This role combines clinical leadership, quality assurance, compliance, operations, and strategic growth. In the early stages, you'll have the opportunity to wear multiple hats, helping establish workflows, strengthen clinical programs, support referral development, mentor clinicians, and build a department designed for long-term success. As our Home Health division grows, you'll play a key role in shaping the team, developing future leaders, and expanding clinical services throughout our community. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who enjoys building programs, solving problems, leading teams, and creating systems that improve patient care. Compensation Base salary of $110,000 plus benefits Quarterly bonuses based on census growth, quality metrics and strategic initiatives Annual merit increases based on leadership, quality and department growth Salary progression as the department and leadership responsibilities expand What You'll Do Clinical Leadership Lead all clinical operations of the Home Health department Maintain compliance with Medicare Conditions of Participation and state regulations Ensure survey readiness and regulatory compliance Quality & Compliance Oversee clinical documentation and quality assurance Review OASIS documentation and care plans Support performance improvement initiatives Department Growth Help build and grow the Home Health division Develop clinical workflows and best practices Mentor and support clinicians Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning Operational Collaboration Partner with scheduling, billing, marketing, and administrative teams Strengthen relationships with physicians, hospitals, and referral partners Help create an exceptional patient and employee experience What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Passionate about patient care Excited to build something meaningful Positive and solutions-oriented Organized and highly accountable Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a growing organization A confident clinical leader who enjoys mentoring others Able to think strategically while remaining hands-on when needed Qualifications Current California RN or Physical Therapist license Home Health leadership experience preferred Experience with Medicare regulations and compliance WellSky experience preferred Strong communication and leadership skills Experience with audits, surveys, and quality assurance Ability to work collaboratively across departments Why Join Always Best Care?
