This Clinical Services Manager role is designed for clinicians who are looking to move beyond traditional, productivity-driven models and into a position that emphasizes clinical leadership, staff development, and meaningful impact over time.

You'll be working directly with teams in our adult day programs, supporting complex behavioral needs, strengthening staff confidence, and helping ensure services are consistent, effective, and person-centered.

Full Wage Scale:

$106,449 - $115,474.76 (Future increases within the posted range are based on tenure and performance per Dungarvin's compensation guidelines.)

QualificationsWe are seeking a dedicated clinical leader who meets one of the following credentialing pathways:

Option 1: BCBA TrackCurrent Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACBMinimum of 3 years of experience designing and implementing behavior intervention servicesOption 2: Licensed Clinician TrackCurrent Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)Completion of at least 12 units of ABA courseworkMinimum of 3 years of experience designing and implementing behavior intervention servicesGeneral Requirements (all candidates):

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related clinical fieldAt least 2 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilitiesMinimum of 2 years of supervisory or leadership experiencePrior experience supervising, coaching, or mentoring staffValid driver's license and ability to travel within the local service area
