As a Regional Director of Care, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our senior living communities, ensuring exceptional care and services for our residents. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of multiple senior living communities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards Develop and implement effective care plans, focusing on improving resident outcomes and enhancing the overall care experience Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and internal teams, fostering a culture of respect, empathy, and understanding Collaborate with clinical staff to develop and implement innovative care models, improving clinical outcomes and reducing readmissions Provide coaching and guidance to caregivers and other healthcare professionals, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning Conduct regular quality assessments, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective corrective actions Develop and manage budgets, monitoring expenses and ensuring financial sustainability Partner with regional and corporate teams to drive strategic initiatives, enhancing the overall reputation and growth of

Fields Senior Living Requirements:

A current and valid Nursing License-RN or LVN and in good standing. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field (Senior Living) Proven leadership and management experience in a senior living or healthcare setting Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of caregiving principles Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines Proficient with Point Click Care or other Electronic Healthcare Systems.
