Job specific details:

The Interim Perioperative Services Director will provide expert guidance to healthcare organizations to optimize the entire surgical process from pre-operative assessment through intraoperative care to postoperative recovery.
Analyze current operating room practices to improve efficiency, reduce delays and optimize utilization.
Advice on service line design, staffing models and technology.
Ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
This person will report to the Chief Nursing Officer.
BSN required.
CA RN license required.
Must be able to start 2-3 weeks after acceptance. Interim Leadership at Aya Healthcare
W2 pay: $3600-$3700/week
Anticipated start date: 2-3 weeks after acceptance
