What Youll Do As our Clinic Division Manager, youll play a key role in leading and supporting clinic operations by: Providing leadership, management, and accountability to clinic teams.

Optimizing clinic utilization and resource management to improve patient access and experience.

Acting as a client liaison, building strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met.

Overseeing clinic reporting, analyzing performance data, and implementing improvement strategies.

Managing clinic support, compliance, and operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Maintaining a consistent, in-person presence at assigned clinics 70% - 85% of the time, fostering relationships with staff and ensuring Elite standards are being upheld. In this role, youll be accountable to hit the following goals: Maintain a95% client satisfaction scoreby prioritizing and addressing client needs.

Ensure100% compliance for clinic staff certificationsto uphold industry and company standards.
