We are seeking a certified Medical Administrator to support daily front and back office operations in a fast‑paced healthcare environment. The ideal candidate is organized, patient‑focused, and experienced in medical office workflows, including scheduling, insurance verification, clinical support, and documentation. This role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and compliance.Medical Administrator Key Responsibilities:
Greet and register patients, verify insurance, and collect co‑pays Schedule appointments, manage provider calendars, and coordinate referrals Maintain accurate patient records, documentation, and EMR data entry Assist with vitals, rooming patients, and basic back‑office clinical tasks Process prior authorizations, medical records requests, and billing support tasks Answer phones, manage multi‑line systems, and assist patients with inquiries Ensure HIPAA compliance and uphold high standards of patient confidentiality Support providers and staff with administrative and operational needsMedical Administrator Qualifications:
Medical certification required (Medical Assistant, Medical Office Administration, Medical Billing & Coding, or similar) 2-3 years of experience in a medical office setting preferred Knowledge of EMR systems and medical terminology Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy clinical environment Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferredBenefits:
