Job Description

We have an immediate opening for a Dental Front Office/Patient Care Coordinator position at Tulare/Redwood Family Dentistry in Tulare & Visalia, CA. We are an employee focused business, that is devoted to terrific Customer Service. We are looking for individuals who seek both personal and professional growth. You should be an outgoing person, who loves interacting with others, work as a team player and enjoys the dental field! Able to multitask at a high level and pay attention to detail. Job Duties Include:
Treatment Planning and maintain treatment acceptance by patients Maintaining productive Schedules for clinical team Coordinate fees and insurance benefits for patients visiting general practitioners Coordinate treatment plans and referrals with other offices as needed Utilize available financial options to give patients choices of payment options and collections of payments Professionally overcome the common patient objections/rejections Greet patients, answer phones, making calls to patients Making patient experience the best in a dental office Qualifications High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one or more years of previous experience as a treatment coordinator in a dental practice is preferred Ability to understand insurance plans is preferred Knowledge of basic phone and computer skills Knowledge Microsoft and Dentrix Knowledge of Dentrix Software will be considered as Significant Plus! Supportive training will be provided. Prior Dental Front Office experience is preferred. We look forward to meeting with you soon.
