What You'll Do
- Coordinate patient care activities and follow-upmunications
- Process referrals, prior authorizations, prescription refill requests, and diagnostic orders
- Assist with patient onboarding and scheduling activities
- Communicate with patients, providers, specialists, hospitals, and vendors
- Track and manage patient care tasks to ensure timely follow-up and resolution
- Support physicians and clinical staff with administrative and operational needs
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a healthcare, medical office, patient care coordination, medical assistant, or related setting preferred
- Experience with referrals, prior authorizations, scheduling, or patient follow-up activities preferred
- Stronganizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience with EMR systems and healthcare technology platforms preferred
