The Lead, Licensed Clinical Social Worker has oversight of student internship and preceptor program including acting as a liaison to the universities, coordination of orientation and ongoing education per the direction of management. This role is also responsible for all other duties assigned by the management of the department. Required Skills Demonstrated ability to provide consultation and instruction to staff regarding their assessment, intervention, planning and evaluation of cases. Ability to contribute to staff performance annual evaluation, perform staff annual competencies evaluations, provide staff orientation and training. Knowledge with regulatory requirements related to legal requirements. Knowledge with regulatory agency requirements, policies, and protocols. Demonstrate leadership and organizational skills. Independent performer. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.

Required Experience Required:
