Dietary Manager Certification required Clinical Resources is currently seeking an experienced Interim Certified Dietary Manager for a reputable Skilled Nursing Facility near Aspen, CO. This is a fantastic travel opportunity with all expenses paid!
Responsibilities:
Oversee dietary operations to ensure compliance with regulations and standards. Manage food service staff and maintain high-quality dining experiences for residents. Collaborate with healthcare teams to support dietary needs of residents.
Qualifications:
Active Dietary Manager Certification (CDM) required. Serv Safe Certified Proven experience in a similar role within a SNF or LTC setting. Strong leadership and communication skills.
