Role:
The Clinical Lead plays a critical leadership role within Hazelbrook Behavioral Health, supporting both clients and BHTs through high-quality clinical oversight, supervision, and admissions evaluations.
Clinical Supervision:
Provide regular supervision to BHTs, ensuring ethical practice, clinical quality, and adherence to evidence-based treatment models
Client Evaluations & Admissions:
Conduct and oversee clinical evaluations for prospective clients, supporting appropriate admissions decisions and level-of-care recommendations
Counseling:
Facilitate group therapy sessions and provide individual therapy as needed based on program and client needs
Documentation & Compliance:
Ensure treatment plans, progress notes, evaluations, and required documentation are completed accurately and within required timelines
Quality & Performance:
Support clinician development through feedback, evaluations, and performance improvement aligned with program outcomes and

Must Have:
Education:
Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or other human services degrees with the ability to become a licensed clinician in the
State of Colorado Licensure:
Valid licensure (LPC, LAC, LMFT, LCSW) through the state of
Colorado Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills
Problem-Solving:
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle crisis situations effective
Cultural Competence:
Sensitivity to and understanding of clients from diverse backgrounds, promoting an inclusive and respectful environment Nice to
Have:
Experience:
Prior experience in high-acuity hospitalization, including clinical experience in inpatient or hospital settings
Language Skills:
Bilingual proficiency (spanish preferred)
Technology:
Experience with Employee Health Records (EHR) systems and online medical records Location +

Ironton St Aurora CO Hours:
Full-time position, Monday thru Friday and on-call as needed
