Role:
The Clinical Lead plays a critical leadership role within Hazelbrook Behavioral Health, supporting both clients and BHTs through high-quality clinical oversight, supervision, and admissions evaluations.Clinical Supervision:
Provide regular supervision to BHTs, ensuring ethical practice, clinical quality, and adherence to evidence-based treatment modelsClient Evaluations & Admissions:
Conduct and oversee clinical evaluations for prospective clients, supporting appropriate admissions decisions and level-of-care recommendationsCounseling:
Facilitate group therapy sessions and provide individual therapy as needed based on program and client needsDocumentation & Compliance:
Ensure treatment plans, progress notes, evaluations, and required documentation are completed accurately and within required timelinesQuality & Performance:
Support clinician development through feedback, evaluations, and performance improvement aligned with program outcomes andKPIs Why Join Us:

Education:
Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or other human services degrees with the ability to become a licensed clinician in theState of Colorado Licensure:
Valid licensure (LPC, LAC, LMFT, LCSW) through the state ofColorado Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skillsProblem-Solving:
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle crisis situations effectiveCultural Competence:
Sensitivity to and understanding of clients from diverse backgrounds, promoting an inclusive and respectful environment Nice toHave:
Experience:
Prior experience in high-acuity hospitalization, including clinical experience in inpatient or hospital settingsLanguage Skills:
Bilingual proficiency (spanish preferred)Technology:
