We are seeking an organized, professional, and compassionate Administrator to help oversee daily operations and support our continued growth. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the agency. Coordinate communication between patients, caregivers, nurses, and office staff. Assist with scheduling and staffing coordination. Maintain accurate patient and employee records. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Support onboarding and personnel documentation. Monitor office workflows and improve operational efficiency. Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service. Assist management with reporting, documentation, and special projects. Qualifications Previous administrative or office management experience required. Experience in home health care, healthcare administration, or medical office operations preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic record systems. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining confidentiality.
