We help patients address the root cause of health concerns through advanced therapies including regenerative medicine, peptide therapy, IV therapy, ozone therapy, hormone optimization, and personalized wellness programs. We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Medical Assistant who enjoys both direct patient care and administrative responsibilities. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships with patients, and wants to grow alongside an innovative medical practice.
Responsibilities:
Clinical Duties Room patients and obtain vital signs Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection Start and manage IV therapies Assist physician with procedures Prepare treatment rooms and equipment Maintain accurate EMR documentation Manage clinical supplies and inventory Educate patients regarding treatment plans Walking patients through Exercise Prescription protocols (on job training) Follow infection control and safety protocols Administrative Duties Answer incoming phone calls Schedule patient appointments Manage provider schedules Verify insurance information Collect payments and process transactions Coordinate patient communications Assist with patient follow-up and recalls Maintain a positive patient experience from first contact through treatment completion
Pay:
$23.00 - $30.00 per hour
