Job Description
Healthcare Construction Project Manager A reputable and growing General Contractor is seeking an experienced Healthcare Project Manager to lead healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. The ideal candidate will have experience managing healthcare construction projects, strong leadership skills, and the ability to successfully oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships. Responsibilities Manage healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through final completion Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasting Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and project teams Review contracts, drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders Monitor project costs and ensure financial goals are achieved Lead project meetings and maintain communication with clients and stakeholders Ensure compliance with healthcare facility requirements, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines Collaborate with Superintendents to ensure successful field execution Identify and resolve project challenges while maintaining schedule and budget objectives Provide regular reporting to company leadership Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred 5+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor Healthcare construction experience required Experience managing renovations, additions, occupied healthcare environments, medical office buildings, clinics, hospitals, or similar facilities Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, and contract administration Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and related construction software Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary based on experience Performance-based bonus opportunities Comprehensive benefits package Vehicle allowance or company vehicle 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Long-term growth opportunities with a respected contractor Strong project pipeline and supportive team environment This is an outstanding opportunity for a healthcare construction professional looking to join a company that values quality, teamwork, and long-term career growth. 📩 Apply confidentially today: megan.cantone@gogpac.com
