This role partners with Assistant Directors to support operational efficiency, staff development, compliance, referral growth, and financial performance while maintaining a combination of administrative and patient care responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Clinic Operations & Leadership Oversee daily clinic operations, staffing, and quality of patient care. Participate in weekly leadership meetings to review KPIs, referrals, revenue, staffing, and clinic trends. Promote a positive clinic culture and address operational or staff concerns as needed. Assist with facility management, supply oversight, equipment tracking, and administrative tasks. Maintain a balance of patient care and leadership responsibilities. Financial & Administrative Oversight Support clinic profitability by improving efficiency and reducing operational waste. Ensure accurate billing, collections, authorizations, and compliance processes. Manage timecards, PTO coordination, scheduling coverage, and lost patient follow-up processes. Assist with audits, denials management, and traveling staff coordination. Staffing & Compliance Support hiring, onboarding, training, disciplinary actions, and offboarding processes. Monitor staff licensing, credentialing, Medicare compliance, and required documentation. Assist with implementation of clinic policies and procedures. Participate in annual compliance and regulatory training. Growth & Relationship Management Assist with marketing, physician relationship development, career fairs, and referral growth initiatives. Investigate and help resolve patient or physician concerns in collaboration with leadership. Coordinate physician shadowing opportunities and staff development initiatives. Meetings & Organizational Support Attend and assist with weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual meetings. Support organizational initiatives including facility projects, policy rollouts, and operational improvements. Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills

WORKING CONDITIONS

Dexterity and eye-hand coordination to provide patient care. Visual ability to monitor instruments and computers, recognize colors and observe physical characteristics. Physical ability to react/respond quickly in emergencies.
