Job Description

Welcome to Team Blume! Blume Kids Therapy is a fast-growing, neurodiversity-affirming pediatric occupational and speech therapy practice located in Boulder, CO. We strive to provide the highest-quality of neurodiversity-affirming OT and Speech services by presuming competence , prioritizing felt safety, and advocating for our clients to develop trusting relationships. We honor, accept, and support all forms of communication, and continuously learn from the neurodivergent community to guide our practice. What You'll Experience A manageable, capped caseload of just 15 direct clinical hours per week . Prioritized work-life balance and a supportive, positive, and collaborative working culture. 34+ days of time off, including a fully paid annual office closure between Christmas and New Year's Day. A dedicated in-house administrative team that handles all client scheduling, cancellations, and billing so you can focus entirely on your team and clients. Paid professional development opportunities to expand clinical and leadership skills. What You'll Be Doing Direct Clinical Care (15 Hours/Week) Maintain a direct clinical caseload in our outpatient pediatric clinic. Evaluate new clients and design client-centered, NDA treatment plans. Collaborate with families to provide ongoing education and support. Complete all clinical documentation (session notes, reports) accurately and in a timely manner. Team Management & Culture Building Hire, onboard, train, and supervise a growing multidisciplinary team of OTs and SLPs. Conduct regular 1:1 meetings and annual performance reviews. Facilitate weekly team meetings focused on collaboration and education. Mentor team members on professional development to build confident, independent clinicians. Clinical Compliance & Strategic Execution Ensure clinical quality through session overlaps, timely feedback, and leading the team's affirming educational growth. Oversee clinic-wide adherence to HIPAA, safety regulations, and licensing requirements. Refine and maintain internal clinical procedures to continuously align with Blume's vision. Collaborate weekly with the leadership team to solve company-wide issues and meet target metrics. Oversee services and programs ensuring consistent alignment with Blume's Model of Care and leading changes that improve efficiency and meet the needs of our community. Required Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of Occupational Therapist experience Minimum of 2 years of team management or leadership experience (3-5 years strongly preferred) Current NBCOT certification and an active Colorado OT license CPR Certified Deeply aligned with neurodiversity-affirming care and motivated to translate clinical standards into daily operational practice Experience working with a variety of pediatric diagnoses, including autism, ADHD, and general developmental delays
Compensation & Benefits Salary Range:
