Every day, you'll help create an exceptional experience for our patients—from the moment they walk through the door until they leave smiling. What You'll Do 🦷 Welcome patients with a warm, friendly smile📞 Answer phones and assist patients with scheduling and questions📅 Coordinate appointments and keep our schedule running efficiently💳 Collect payments and assist with insurance verification💻 Maintain accurate patient records🤝 Support our clinical team to ensure every patient has an outstanding visit We're Looking For Someone Who ✨ Has a positive attitude and genuinely enjoys helping others✨ Is organized, dependable, and detail-oriented✨ Can multitask in a fast-paced environment with confidence✨ Has excellent communication and customer service skills✨ Dental or medical front office experience is a plus—but we're happy to train the right person with the right attitude!
