Daily oversight of operations and management of error ,audit and productivity reports (as applicable). Provide technical expertise for multiple system interfaces within Patient Access.. Tracks and trendserrors to develop and conduct and/or provide input into associate training. Acts as a liaison with the Business Office, IT, and clinical staff. Job Requirements In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: Accurately complete assigned reports Contribute to the overall quality of the department measured by reports and audits Collects and assists with quality screening for staff and or unit reports as it relates to complianceand regulatory requirements. Oversees staff assigned error report management and tracking as part of data flow and quality. High School diploma required Physical Requirements - Sedentary work -(prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to 10lbs force occasionally)
