We are seeking an Patient Coordinator to join our growing team! We are looking for an individual who embodies compassion and reliability, with a preferred three years of experience in dental front and back office. This is a full-time position with weekly hours ranging from 32-40. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package. Responsibilities Appointment coordination for doctors and hygienists with an emphasis on productive booking Treatment planning, consulting, and case presentation, including continuity and follow-up A strong grasp of general dental procedures and coding Efficiently manage accounts receivable, including collections at time of service and balance billing, and closely monitor and reconcile insurance and patient aging reports Dental Assisting when needed Ability to coordinate insurance benefits and effectively calculate treatment estimates Patient communication, treatment coordination, insurance verification, and unscheduled treatment follow-up Ability to take radiographs, take and pour impressions and intraoral scanning (iTero) Maintaining Sterilization when needed and help with room turn over in between patients Ensure
