As our Patient Access Coordinator, you will help the department, Business Office, IT, and clinical staff ensure smooth operations, identify and resolve errors, and provide necessary technical expertise so they can maintain high-quality service and compliance with regulations. Every day you will oversee operations and manage error, audit, and productivity reports for Patient Access. You will be expected to track and trend errors, develop and conduct training, troubleshoot equipment, communicate shift needs, and provide project management as needed. To be successful in this role, you must be able to manage multiple priorities effectively and make decisions under pressure. Job Requirements In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: High School Diploma or GED, required. One year applicable experience. CHAA certification or obtained within one year of hire (as applicable), preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Sedentary work - prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to 10 lbs. force occasionally.
