2+ years dental or medical front office experience required
Compensation:

We are seeking a professional, personable, and highly organized Patient Care Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for our patients and a key support to our clinical team. This role is essential to delivering a high-touch, hospitality-driven patient experience while ensuring smooth front office operations. You will play a critical role in setting the tone for each patient's experience, supporting scheduling, communication, and overall flow of the practice in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What You'll Do :
Actively support care coordination by helping patients navigate their treatment plans while ensuring seamless communication across our dental and integrative care team Greet and check in patients, creating a warm and welcoming experience Answer phones, manage inquiries, and coordinate patient communication Schedule appointments and support provider calendars Collect and verify patient information, payments, and documentation Support the clinical team with administrative needs as they arise Maintain organization of the front desk and reception area Assist with patient follow-up, confirmations, and care coordination Ensure a clean, professional, and well-maintained front office environment
What We're Looking For :
2+ years of dental or medical front office experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with attention to detail Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure Professional, polished, and patient-focused demeanor Team-oriented with a proactive, "jump in where needed" mindset Experience with practice management software is a plus
