Job Description

Job Title:
Clinic Manager Reports to: Director / Assistant Director Primary purpose: The Clinic Manager oversees the daily operations of CIMT's Professional Clinic while supporting front desk operations, retail store management, and client experience. This role works closely with the Student Clinic Manager and serves as a leadership presence within the clinic environment to ensure smooth operations, excellent customer service, and strong communication between departments.
Job Summary:
Primary:
  • Oversee daily operations of the Professional Clinic
  • Provide leadership and support for front desk and reception
  • Cross-collaborate with the Student Clinic Manager to ensure clinic efficiency and continuity
  • Ensure all clients, students, graduates, and visitors receive exceptional customer service
  • Assist with scheduling coordination and clinic coverage needs
  • Address and resolve client concerns professionally and efficiently
  • Communicate with professional therapists regarding scheduling, policies, procedures, and clinic expectations
  • Support the onboarding and orientation for professional therapists
  • Maintain therapist files, records, and specialty information
  • Assist with maintaining clinic policies and operational procedures
  • Monitor reception and clinic areas to ensure cleanliness, professionalism, and organization
  • Assist with front desk coverage as needed, including greeting guests, answering phones, and processing payments
  • Oversee retail store inventory, organization, and procedures
  • Demonstrate CIMT's values and professional behaviors every day
Secondary:
  • Help develop front desk procedures and operational consistency
  • Coordinate therapist replacements in the event of absences
  • Complete / maintain client and therapist exception documentation
  • Assist with promotional events, graduation weeks, and high-volume clinic periods
  • Participate in quarterly professional development and training opportunities
  • Lead annual retail inventory
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations between the professional clinic, front desk, and retail store 2. Serve as a communication bridge between reception, education, and professional therapists 3. Assist with problem-solving and operational decision-making during clinic hours 4. Help maintain high standards for customer service and clinic professionalism 5. Support therapist retention and positive professional relationships 6. Ensure retail products and clinic supplies remain organized and adequately stocked 7. Ensure policies and procedures are followed consistently 8. Support a positive and collaborative workplace culture
Qualifications:
Preferred Qualifications:
Licensed Massage Therapist in the State of Colorado At least 2 years of experience in customer service, clinic operations, hospitality, or administrative leadership Leadership or supervisory experience preferred Familiarity with scheduling systems, client communication, and office operations preferred Preferred but not required:
Graduate of Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy Pay:
$17.50 - $18.50 per hour
