Full Job Description Clinical Director Location:
Colorado Springs, CO - Onsite Our client is seeking an experienced Clinical Director to lead and oversee ABA clinical operations, staff development, and service excellence across multiple locations. Compensation:
$100,000 - $120,000, based on experience 401k + company matching, Medical, dental, vision, and supplemental insurance Paid time off and Paid holidays Free Professional Development Units for RBTs, Sessions run Monday through Friday, no nights or weekends Annual bonuses based on company performance A Day in the Life of the Clinical Director As the Clinical Director, you will oversee clinical quality, BCBA leadership, and operational consistency across multiple ABA service locations. You'll partner closely with executive leadership to guide clinical strategy, mentor Center Directors and BCBAs, support families, and ensure best-in-class care delivery. This role plays a key part in fostering a compassionate, collaborative culture focused on staff development, clinical excellence, and positive client outcomes.
Responsibilities include:
Provide clinical leadership and oversight for ABA service delivery across multiple locations Supervise and mentor Center Directors and clinical leadership staff Ensure compliance with clinical standards, authorizations, and documentation requirements Support the ongoing development and evolution of clinical programming and treatment standards Assist with complex client cases and maintain a small caseload as needed Mentor newly certified BCBAs and support professional development initiatives Lead and oversee Student Analyst training experiences Promote a culture of teamwork, compassion, collaboration, and accountability Monitor key clinical performance metrics and ensure operational goals are achieved Maintain open communication with families and assist in resolving parent concerns Conduct interviews and support hiring efforts for BCBA-level positions Ensure staff are properly trained on policies, procedures, and clinical expectations Oversee compliance related to day treatment licensing and operational policies Support timely completion of SOAP notes, treatment plans, parent meetings, and program updates Partner with executive leadership on organizational initiatives and strategic clinical direction
Requirements and Qualifications:
Current BCBA certification in good standing 6+ years of post-BCBA experience, including completion of 8-hour supervision requirements 5+ years of experience working with individuals ages 2-20 with developmental disabilities, ASD, or behavioral challenges 4+ years of experience in center-based ABA setting Prior experience managing insurance authorizations Strong Background in behavioral assessments, treatment planning, and parent collaboration Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Commitment to compassionate, trauma-informed care and continuous improvement About the
