This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a highly skilled BCBA leader who is passionate about clinical excellence, trauma-informed care, family engagement, and staff development. The Clinical Director will oversee clinical quality standards, guide BCBA performance, support Center Directors across locations, and advise executive leadership on clinical direction. Key Responsibilities Oversee clinical quality standards and ensure ABA services are delivered with consistency, excellence, and adherence to best practices. Provide leadership, oversight, and clinical guidance to BCBAs, Center Directors, and in-home service teams. Advise executive leadership on clinical strategy, service direction, quality improvement, and operational clinical needs. Support the client and family experience by promoting compassionate, trauma-informed, individualized care. Ensure staff competence through coaching, clinical supervision, performance support, and ongoing development. Promote a collaborative culture focused on clinical integrity, teamwork, staff wellbeing, and family engagement.
Compensation and Benefits Salary range:
$115,000 to $120,000 per year.
