We are seeking a dedicated Health & Wellness Director to provide nursing leadership and support the daily oversight of our assisted living care team. Pay range is $72,000 - $80,000 / year In this role, you will help assess resident needs, coordinate care services, manage physician orders, support care conferences, and ensure residents receive the right level of care and support. You will work closely with leadership, families, physicians, and team members to promote safety, wellness, and meaningful quality of life for each resident. The ideal candidate is a compassionate clinical leader who values collaboration, innovation, and relationship-centered care. This role also supports staff development, scheduling, training, and department oversight to help create a strong, caring team culture. Basic Qualifications & Experience Licensed Practical Nurse licensure required, in good standing, in the state of employment. 1-year experience in a supervisory capacity. Experienced with electronic medical database experience required. 1 year experience in an Assisted Living setting. Must be able to read, write and speak the English language. Must possess excellent customer service skills Working Conditions / Physical Requirements Moderate physical activity required by handling objects up to 50 pounds occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds frequently. Possible exposure to chemicals, blood borne pathogens and other communicable diseases Sits, stands, bends, and moves intermittently during working hours. Is subject to frequent interruptions. Interacts with residents, family members, visitors frequently.
