We're looking for a Patient Care Supervisor to lead our veterinary support team, ensuring exceptional care for animals while mentoring staff and strengthening operations across our clinic and shelter. What You'll Do As a key leader within our Veterinary Services team, you will: Drive Exceptional Patient Care Oversee daily care for medical patients in the shelter and clinic Administer treatments and ensure accurate medical records Support veterinarians with procedures, treatments, and protocols Lead & Develop a High-Performing Team Supervise, coach, and provide ongoing feedback to staff Train new hires, volunteers, and interns Foster a collaborative, positive, and growth-focused work environment Optimize Operations & Workflow Manage schedules, workflow, and staffing efficiency Troubleshoot issues and implement process improvements Partner with leadership to drive continuous improvement Serve as a Communication Hub Communicate with staff, customers, and the community about animal care Provide guidance and triage for medical questions Help navigate sensitive topics with professionalism and empathy Ensure Safety, Compliance & Quality Maintain clean, safe, and organized care environments Monitor and enforce safety and compliance standards Oversee inventory What You Bring We're seeking a compassionate, organized leader who thrives in a dynamic environment: 2+ years of experience in a veterinary clinic or shelter Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced setting High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Preferred:
