Ladder of Success ABA is seeking an experienced BCBA to serve as our Assistant Clinical Director — a role for a clinician who's ready to shape clinical quality, mentor a growing team, and help lead the direction of our clinic alongside our Clinical Director.

benefits/PTO, CEU stipend, leadership development support] What you'll do: Partner with the Clinical Director to uphold and elevate clinical quality across the clinic Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and ongoing training to BCBAs and RBTs Monitor treatment fidelity and program outcomes, using data to drive clinical decisions Support intake, assessment, and treatment-planning processes to ensure timely, high-quality care Lead onboarding and professional development for new clinical staff Ensure compliance with BACB ethical standards, HIPAA, and payor requirements Help maintain a positive, collaborative culture that supports clinician retention and well-being Carry a small direct caseload as needed, modeling clinical excellence for the team Step in for the Clinical Director on clinical matters when needed What you'll bring: Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB (state licensure where applicable) Several years of clinical experience in ABA, including supervisory or leadership experience A strong track record mentoring BCBAs and RBTs and developing clinical teams Deep expertise in assessment, program design, and data-driven clinical practice Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills A collaborative, mission-driven approach to building a great clinical team Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or a related field Ready to lead?
