Salary Range:

What You'll Do:
Supervises groups of students with behavior problems who have been suspended from the regular classroom. Assists students with assignments, obtains and organizes resource materials for students, and assists with clerical tasks and other interventions that support student learning, attendance and positive behavior. Facilitates Restorative Justice Interventions according to the DPS discipline Matrix and Ladder and Uses best RJ practices in responding to student behavioral concerns. Creating reports for Administration, Teachers, and Parents. Locates resources to provide crisis intervention.
What You'll Need:
High School Diploma or equivalent, required. Bachelor's Degree, preferred. 1+ years of related experience. Lead for racial and educational excellence and work to dismantle systems of oppression and inequity in our community, along with believing in and supporting all students so they feel seen and heard with access to high quality education. Live and work with a permanent home address in Colorado while working with us. Have the ability with or without accommodations to meet the physical demands of the position.
