Denver, CO 80222 About Colorado Pain Care Colorado Pain Care (CPC) operates multiple clinics throughout the Denver and Colorado region, providing advanced interventional and regenerative pain treatments, including PRP, stem cell protocols, and image-guided procedures. Our board-certified physicians are recognized for compassionate, patient-centered care and have received Patients' Choice, Compassionate Doctor, and Top Doctor honors. The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Practice Administrator to oversee the daily operations, administrative functions, and staff management of the clinic, procedure suites, and surgery center, if applicable. This role is responsible for operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, financial oversight, staff development, and supporting high-quality patient care in a fast-paced healthcare environment. What You'll Do Operations & Facility Management Direct daily operations of the facility Lead operations meetings and support business improvement initiatives Ensure the facility remains professional, organized, clean, and patient-focused Serve as a liaison between leadership, medical staff, departments, government agencies, and insurance companies Compliance & Quality Monitor compliance with healthcare regulations and patient care standards Maintain knowledge of applicable healthcare regulations Coordinate compliance efforts and resolve issues promptly Support performance improvement initiatives and operational effectiveness Collaborate with the Medical Director on Medical Staff Bylaws, Rules, and Regulations Leadership & Staff Management Oversee administrative and operational staff functions Review employee performance evaluations and disciplinary actions Support hiring, workforce planning, and productivity analysis Implement employee orientation, training, and ongoing evaluation programs Ensure personnel files remain complete and compliant Administrative Responsibilities Report facility activities to the Governing Board Complete annual mandatory training Perform other related duties as assigned You'll Thrive in This Role If You… Are a strong operational leader who can balance patient care priorities with business operations Communicate effectively with physicians, staff, leadership, and external partners Excel in fast-paced healthcare environments requiring organization and adaptability Have a proactive, solutions-focused mindset Value compliance, accountability, and team development Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related business/healthcare field required Active RN license in good standing preferred Previous healthcare management experience required Strong financial management and analytical skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and electronic practice/health record systems Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations Benefits We Offer Health, Dental & Vision Insurance Accident & Critical Illness Insurance Hospital Indemnity Insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Virtual Health Visits Health Savings Account (HSA) Life & AD&D Insurance Short & Long-Term Disability Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Company Paid Holidays 401(k) Retirement Plan Bonusly Employee Rewards & Recognition DailyPay On-Demand Pay Access Ready to Lead with Purpose?
