We are a privately owned optometry practice with a welcoming environment where employees are genuinely valued and tend to stay for many years. We are looking for someone who is dependable, intelligent, learns quickly, and takes pride in doing things the right way. This is not just a "front desk job." You are often the first and last impression our patients have of the office, and we are looking for someone who can confidently manage responsibilities independently once trained, while still working closely with our team. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Friendly, professional, and genuinely enjoys helping people Reliable and punctual Detail oriented and organized A quick learner who can adapt and retain information Able to work independently without needing constant supervision A strong communicator and team player Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Interested in a long-term position and becoming part of our office family No prior optometry experience is required. We are happy to train the right person with the right attitude and work ethic.
