In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional front desk support while managing administrative tasks that ensure smooth clinic operations. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment, streamline patient intake, and support clinical staff with accurate documentation and efficient scheduling. Strong phone skills with a large focus on patient outreach and patient retention . This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-quality patient care while developing your skills in medical office management. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression upon arrival. Schedule appointments efficiently using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) Practice Fusion. Collect and review patient documentation, including medical history forms, care plans, and consent forms, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls appropriately and answering patient inquiries promptly. Strong focus on patient outreach and retention. Manage medical records filing, data entry, and maintain organized documentation review processes in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Assist with billing procedures. Support clinical staff with administrative tasks such as intake procedures, medical scheduling, and updating patient information in EHR system. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area while managing office supplies and filing systems efficiently. Ensure compliance with health information management standards and confidentiality protocols at all times. Experience Prior clinic or medical office experience is highly preferred, especially within weight loss and hormone replacement. Strong knowledge of medical terminology. Proficiency in EMR system - Practice Fusion. Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette are critical for success in this role. Familiarity with medical terminology and medical office experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
