Day Shift, Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week (must be flexible for evenings, nights, and weekends as needed) Required Qualifications PharmD Degree (Required) Graduate of an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy Active Colorado Pharmacist License in good standing Minimum 3 years of pharmacy experience Inpatient hospital pharmacy leadership/management experience EPIC experience (Required) Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations and compliance standards Certifications BLS (American Heart Association) ACLS (American Heart Association) Flu Vaccine Documentation (Required) CA02
