Job Description

Clinical Preceptor & Practicum Manager Full-time, 40hrs/week M-F 8-5 HopeWest is known for going above and beyond for our patients, families, and staff - if you want to be proud to tell others where you work, join our organization!
JOB SUMMARY
The Clinical Preceptor and Practicum Manager is responsible for the development, coordination, and oversight of the organization s clinical preceptor program and all clinical practicums. This role ensures that new hires, transitioning employees, and students receive consistent, high-quality onboarding and clinical training experiences. The Clinical Preceptor and Practicum Manager partners with operational and clinical leaders to support workforce development, competency validation, and employee engagement through effective preceptorship and practicum experiences.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Bachelor s degree in nursing, Healthcare Administration, Education, or related field required. Master s degree preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years of clinical or healthcare experience. Prior experience as a preceptor, educator, or supervisor required. Experience in program development, training, or staff education required. Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
Licenses and Certifications:
Current, active professional license as applicable maintained throughout employment. Certification in clinical education or specialty area or ability to obtain within one year of hire is required.
Pay and Benefits:
