Our team provides specialized evaluations, rehabilitation services, assistive technology training, and compassionate support to patients and their families throughout Northern Colorado. Position Summary- We are seeking a highly organized, compassionate, and detail-oriented Clinic Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of our growing low vision rehabilitation practice. This position plays a vital role in ensuring exceptional patient experiences, efficient clinic operations, and effective communication among patients, providers, referral sources, and community partners. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who enjoys working in healthcare, possesses excellent customer service skills, and can manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities for Clinic Operations Manage daily clinic operations and administrative workflows. Coordinate patient scheduling, appointment reminders, and follow-up communications. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Oversee office procedures and assist with workflow improvements. Patient Services Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and families. Provide exceptional customer service and support. Assist patients with intake paperwork and clinic processes. Coordinate referrals and communicate with healthcare providers and community partners. Administrative & Financial Support Verify insurance coverage and assist with billing-related processes. Process payments and maintain financial records. Monitor clinic supplies and coordinate purchasing needs. Prepare reports and maintain clinic documentation. Team Support Support clinic providers and rehabilitation staff. Assist with onboarding and training of administrative personnel as needed. Help coordinate community outreach and educational programs. Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years of administrative, office management, or healthcare office experience. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Preferred Experience in a medical, rehabilitation, optometry, ophthalmology, or healthcare setting. Knowledge of medical insurance and billing procedures. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations. Experience working with individuals with disabilities or vision impairment.
