This is an exciting opportunity for a strong leader who is passionate about creating an exceptional patient experience, developing high-performing teams, and driving operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys partnering closely with doctors and staff to achieve practice goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support the daily operations of the Wheat Ridge office Foster a positive, patient-centered culture for both team members and patients Recruit, train, coach, and develop office staff Monitor key performance indicators, office goals, and financial performance Ensure efficient scheduling, patient flow, and overall office productivity Partner with providers to support clinical and business objectives Maintain compliance with company policies and industry standards
Qualifications:
Previous dental practice management experience required Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience managing team performance and office operations Knowledge of scheduling, insurance, collections, and patient relations Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Dentrix experience preferred Ability to build strong relationships with patients, providers, and team members
