The successful candidate will ensure residents receive compassionate, high-quality support while maintaining their independence, dignity, and quality of life. This role oversees resident services, staff leadership, regulatory compliance, and facility operations while serving as a strong advocate for the needs of older adults. Duties and responsibilities:
Ensure residents receive high-quality, person-centered support that promotes independence and dignity Monitor resident needs and coordinate services to support health, safety, and well-being Communicate regularly with residents, families, medical providers, and team members Conduct assessments and respond to changes in resident needs Supervise, train, and support staff to ensure excellent resident care Oversee medication administration and regulatory compliance Coordinate activities and services that enhance residents' quality of life Maintain a safe, welcoming, and well-functioning living environment Provide direct resident support as needed Advocate for residents and foster a culture of respect, compassion, and accountability
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age High school diploma or GED required Leadership, healthcare, assisted living, or human services experience preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to obtain and maintain Assisted Living Facility Administrator designation through the State of Colorado Able to perform the physical demands of the position Works in full compliance with all Bross Street policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Why Work at Bross Street Assisted Living?
