Work alongside a supportive leadership team invested in your growth What You'll Do As a Clinical Supervisor, you'll serve as both a clinical expert and a people leader . Lead and support therapy staff in delivering high-quality patient care Provide mentorship, coaching, and performance guidance to clinicians Maintain a small patient caseload based on your treatment preferences Partner with leadership to improve care quality, patient outcomes, and consistency Facilitate care coordination and contribute to clinical decision-making Participate in hiring, onboarding, and ongoing staff development Address clinical challenges, provide real-time problem solving, and support field staff Ensure compliance with internal policies and quality improvement initiatives What We're Looking For Current state license as a Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist Experience in home health, pediatrics, or related clinical settings Interest in leadership, mentoring, and team development Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to balance clinical care with operational responsibilities Organized, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus—but not required .
