Do you love talking with people, making them feel welcome, and helping them have an amazing experience? 3D Vision Eye Care is looking for an outgoing, energetic, self-motivated team member to become the face of our growing practice and help us build our specialty Dry Eye Center. No eye care experience required. We can teach the clinical skills. What we cannot teach is a positive attitude, genuine kindness, strong communication skills, and a desire to help people. What You'll Do Greet and welcome patients Help create an exceptional patient experience Assist with front desk operations Coordinate dry eye and specialty treatment programs Educate patients on treatment options Assist with advanced dry eye procedures including: IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) LLLT (Low Level Light Therapy) RF (Radio Frequency) NuLids treatments Help grow and promote our specialty dry eye services Work closely with our doctors and technicians Keep workflows organized and efficient The Ideal Candidate You might be perfect for this role if you: Love working with people Have a warm, upbeat personality Are confident starting conversations Are highly organized and dependable Learn quickly Can work independently without constant supervision Are comfortable using computers and technology Have strong communication skills Enjoy helping people improve their health and confidence HUGE Bonus Qualifications Aesthetician License Experience with skin care treatments Experience with IPL or light-based treatments Medical office experience Sales or customer service experience What We Offer Positive team environment Opportunity to learn specialty dry eye care Training provided Ability to grow with an expanding practice Meaningful work helping patients improve their quality of life This is not just a receptionist position.
