Our amazing dental team is looking to add a full time Patient Care Coordinator. Dental office experience is preferred but if you have the right personality and qualifications we are open to meeting you! We are looking for someone who loves working with people, is self-motivated, reliable, patient focused, and demonstrates consistent attention to detail. The ideal candidate must be able to work efficiently and have fun while doing it! We are a pediatric office, so fun is part of the job! Some of the key parts to this position include: Greeting patients with a SMILE Collecting payment for services at the time of treatment Insurance verification Coordination of treatment and review of treatment plans Managing several phone lines The ideal candidate is well spoken, personable, very organized and has great customer service and computer skills. Position is full time, Monday - Friday (off mid day on Friday) with competitive compensation and benefits.
