$24.00-$28.00 per hour, depending on experience Join Our Growing Family Dental Practice Standley Lake Family Dental is an established, patient-focused family dental practice in Arvada seeking a polished, professional, and friendly Dental Patient Coordinator to become an integral part of our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional patient experience while helping keep our practice running smoothly and efficiently. We are a close-knit, single-provider office that values teamwork, positivity, and outstanding customer service. What You'll Do Greet patients warmly and provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone Schedule and confirm patient appointments while optimizing the doctor's schedule Verify dental insurance benefits and communicate coverage information to patients Present treatment plans and discuss financial arrangements with confidence and professionalism Educate patients on available financing options and payment solutions Manage patient records and maintain accurate documentation Follow up on unscheduled treatment and patient recall opportunities Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience Handle incoming calls, patient inquiries, and appointment requests Assist with front office administrative duties and daily practice operations Qualifications Previous experience as a Dental Patient Coordinator, Dental Receptionist, Treatment Coordinator, or similar front office role in a dental practice preferred Knowledge of dental insurance verification and benefit breakdowns Experience discussing treatment plans and patient financing options Strong scheduling and organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Professional, polished, and positive demeanor Comfortable working with practice goals and performance metrics Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail Experience with dental practice management software preferred What We Offer Competitive hourly pay of $24.00-$28.00 per hour DOE Performance-based bonus opportunities tied to practice KPI achievement Health insurance benefits Paid time off (PTO) Paid sick leave Retirement plan/401(k) benefits (if applicable) Employee dental benefits Paid holidays Ongoing training and professional development opportunities Supportive, team-oriented work environment Why Join Us?
