This vital role involves guiding a team of mental health professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care, and fostering a supportive environment for both clients and staff. The Clinical Supervisor will play a key role in maintaining clinical standards, providing mentorship, and implementing innovative therapeutic approaches to meet diverse client needs. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on individuals' lives while advancing your leadership skills in a vibrant, growth-oriented setting. Duties Supervise and support licensed clinicians and mental health staff to ensure adherence to clinical protocols and ethical standards Conduct regular case reviews, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate professional development opportunities for team members Oversee treatment planning, documentation, and progress monitoring to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Lead training sessions on specialized topics such as art therapy techniques, psychopharmacology updates, and gender issues counseling Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans tailored to individual client needs Promote a positive work environment that encourages continuous learning, cultural competence, and trauma-informed care Stay current with emerging research and best practices in mental health treatment to enhance service delivery Qualifications Master's or doctoral degree in psychology, social work, counseling or related field from an accredited institution LCSW, LMFT or LPC only and proof of licensure in CT Proven experience in clinical supervision within a mental health setting Prior experience working within outpatient clinics preferred; additional experience working within residential, intensive outpatient, rehabilitative, and inpatient levels of care highly regarded. Proven ability to collaborate and communicate with multiple disciplines to assist in achieving appropriate treatment outcomes. Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices inclusive of, but not limited to, art therapy, CBT, and DBT modalities and psychopharmacology principles Expertise in counseling on gender issues and promoting gender-sensitive approaches in therapy Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills with the ability to motivate teams effectively Commitment to ongoing professional development and cultural competency Pay is base plus production bonus

$68,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
