Job Description

We are seeking an organized, tech-savvy Digital Health Operations Coordinator to support the daily operations of our modern health facility. In this role, you will bridge the gap between high-quality user support and efficient digital workflows. The ideal candidate excels at managing front-facing client interactions, maintaining accurate electronic databases, and ensuring our administrative processes run smoothly, securely, and efficiently. Key Responsibilities User & Client Engagement:
Serve as the primary point of contact, providing a professional, welcoming, and efficient onboarding experience for visitors in person and via digital communication channels.
Database & Scheduling Management:
Coordinate scheduling, user account updates, and data entry utilizing modern proprietary databases, scheduling software, and CRM platforms.
Billing & Account Administration:
Facilitate seamless payment processes, account verification, and data coding, utilizing specialized industry frameworks to process claims and billing efficiently.
Data Privacy & Compliance:
Maintain accurate digital records, ensuring strict adherence to confidentiality standards, information security protocols, and industry regulatory compliance.
Workflow Optimization:
Manage multi-channel communications, digital filing systems, and platform intake procedures to support a highly productive and organized team environment.
Qualifications & Skills Experience:
Prior administrative experience in a digital health, professional service, or fast-paced office environment is highly preferred.
Technical Proficiency:
Comfortable navigating advanced data management software, CRM platforms, and standard productivity tools like the Microsoft Office Suite/Gmail.
Operational Knowledge:
Solid understanding of professional office workflows, account verification processes, and standardized data-entry practices.
Language Skills:
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required to effectively communicate with and support our diverse user base.

Exceptional organizational abilities, strong attention to detail, and a professional, collaborative approach to operational excellence.
Pay:
$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
