Job Description

The Clinical Support Coordinator is responsible for performing assigned centralized functions in the home care setting. EEO/AA/Disability/Veteran Responsibilities 1. Complete assigned tasks in EPIC EMR and other applications/areas for documented workflow procedures 2. Generates lists and reports as requested 3. Follows customer service etiquette 4. Performs various clerical tasks in support of the clinical teams 5. Assists nurses or clinicians with various tasks, paperwork, and reporting requests 6. May inventory and order office and clinical supplies as needed 7. Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications
EDUCATION
High School diploma or equivalent required.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is required. Home care experience is preferred.
SPECIAL SKILLS
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with an ability to work independently and multi-task. Knowledge of EPIC and Microsoft Office applications is preferred. Additional Information Position is 20 hours on-site, minimum 4 days per week, no weekends. Position requires excellent computer skills and organizational skills. Position will be working in Sandata Electronic Visit Verification System. Experience with EPIC, Excel and Outlook preferred. Position will be working closely with field clinicians and managers, requiring good interpersonal skills and email etiquette. Responsibilities include organization and management of clinical files, logs, and compliance documentation. YNHHS Requisition
