Job Description

Orthodontic office seeking motivated and outgoing treatment coordinator and marketing specialist to join our team. This role combines patient coordination with community and referral based marketing. The ideal candidate is goal oriented, has a great personality, and is comfortable representing our office both in house and in the community. We are looking for a friendly, confident, and people-oriented team member to join our growing orthodontic practice! This is not your typical front desk role; we are looking for someone who enjoys connecting with patients, building trust, and helping them move forward with treatment.
Responsabilites:
Welcome and check in patients with a warm, professional attitude Communicate clearly with families about orthodontic treatment Present treatment plans and help patients move forward (sales focus) Answer phones and schedule appointments Support overall patient experience and office flow
We're Looking For:
Bilingual (Spanish/English) - REQUIRED Strong communication and people skills Confident speaking about treatment and finances Positive, energetic, and professional attitude Ability to connect with patients and build trust Sales experience is a PLUS (dental experience preferred but not required)
Compensation:
Based on experience between $19 to $25 Opportunity for growth and bonuses based on performance
